Ofi Invest Real Estate is enhancing over 1,000 sqm of the Symbol building in Rueil-Malmaison in preparation for its marketing: upgraded services and attractive, functional spaces designed to meet the expectations of future occupants.

Reception hall, dining area, fitness room, locker rooms, and outdoor patio… every space reflects the DNA of the place: Art & Fact.

This guiding thread shaped the entire project, drawing on two key sources of inspiration: craftsmanship, for its human, unique, and hand-shaped dimension and raw materials, as symbols of authenticity and durability.

The design was conceived as a true indoor garden: 100% green and built using recycled and responsible materials and furniture including recycled partitions and flower pots, lush plant installations, a custom-made totem crafted entirely by artisans, second-hand furniture, and the reuse of existing on-site materials.

A refreshing oasis to recharge and create a meaningful, cohesive experience.
