As a global leader in logistics real estate, Prologis France entrusted us with the design of their new headquarters in the Washington Plaza building. A triple challenge: creating an office suited to a hybrid work organization, promoting both collaboration and conviviality, and embodying the company’s spirit.
The concept A reinvented workplace
… Above all, a place for exchange, collective reflection, and collaborative work. At the request of the leadership team, we involved employees in shaping the project through numerous workshops. The result: a setting conducive to flex office, aligned with the company culture.
An innovative, organic, and plant-inspired design
Sowen designed an innovative, organic, and plant-inspired space to enhance employee well-being and encourage moments of conviviality. Noble materials and recyclable resources were sourced from French and European suppliers.
