A haven of peace
A 2,000 sqm haven of peace in a 19th-century building in the heart of Paris, this was the challenge successfully met by Sowen.
On Rue Réaumur, our client Delos has created the first Paris-based arbitration center, spanning 2,000 sqm: a space entirely dedicated to arbitration hearings and their ecosystem.

The Concept
A soothing space shaped by curves, gentle waves, soft colors, and a nature-inspired atmosphere.
The arbitration rooms
We think big.
Four ultra-connected hearing rooms, equipped with cutting-edge acoustics, each accommodating up to 84 seats.
Breakout rooms
The 12 meeting rooms serve as a backstage area for the participants. Equipped with a mini-bar, a zen corner, and breathtaking views of Paris, they provide a high-end, calming environment alongside the hearings.
