Subtle elegance and operational excellence in the heart of Paris

In a prestigious Haussmannian building on Rue de Surène, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, this international investment bank sought to reaffirm its identity through a carefully designed interior project, combining elegance, fluidity, and efficiency.

A subtle setting for a bold ambition

Designed as a showcase of the institution for its clients and partners, the project also had to meet functional requirements: ensuring confidentiality, optimizing circulation, and providing flexible spaces capable of supporting team growth.

We envisioned a space defined by clean lines and refined materials, where comfort and focus harmonize with a controlled, understated, yet warm Parisian aesthetic.

From Light to Material

Each space was designed as a fluid sequence, guided by natural light carefully orchestrated to highlight circulation and showcase textures: dark woods, acoustic fabrics, matte surfaces, glass, and brass subtly structure the volumes with precision and finesse.

Ready-to-flex areas and custom individual offices allow for seamless adaptation to different uses, without ever compromising on comfort or visual identity.

An Exclusive Artistic Collaboration

The identity of the space is extended through a strong artistic direction, brought to life in collaboration with Solène Eloy, a visual artist specializing in contemporary décor. Gilded glass, murals, textured plasters, and gold leaf: her interventions, at the intersection of art and craftsmanship, infuse the spaces with poetry and refinement.
