The workspace becomes a living space
As France’s leading network of real estate agents, IAD France entrusted us with designing their new Paris offices. Their goal? Workspaces that also serve as living spaces, making the most of the Haussmannian character of the building.

The concept
To make everyone feel at the office as they would at home, we chose very graphic layouts that make the spaces both functional and aesthetic. As for materials, wood takes center stage to blend warmth and modernity.
Haussmannian windows
The beautiful Haussmannian windows invited us to play with light and transparency. They illuminate a carefully curated décor, filled with greenery and warm colors.
