Finegan, an independent French consulting firm, is entering a new chapter: bringing its teams together around a strategic transformation project, right in the heart of Tour Légende (formerly the EDF tower) in La Défense. The goal? To align its workspaces with a true business dynamic: creating an environment that supports collaboration, enhances the employer brand, and embraces new ways of working.

The goal was to create an environment aligned with Finegan’s values, fostering collaboration while preserving spaces for focus.

The project also includes the reuse of existing furniture, following both an economic and emotional approach.

Everything was designed to provide a comfortable, welcoming, and distinctive work setting.
