2024, Besins Healthcare, a pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in hormonal treatments, decided to leave its headquarters in Montrouge, whose spaces had become too small and lacked attractiveness.

The team fell in love with a unique site: 700 m2 located on the top floors of a Haussmann-style building, offering spectacular views over the Opéra Garnier.

The 5th floor was preserved as close as possible to its original state, through a respectful modernization of the Haussmann-style architecture. The top floor houses the meeting rooms and social spaces, including the Besins Café, conceived as a warm and elegant place blending industrial brutalism with high-end refinement.
