In the heart of the Madeleine district, 17 Surène is embracing a new identity. The complete transformation of its entrance hall restores both the elegance and modernity of this Haussmannian building.

Long kept in the shadows, our goal was to breathe new life into this space. More than just a passageway, the entrance hall has been transformed into a welcoming, functional, and inspiring environment, in harmony with the building’s elegance and the expectations of its occupants.

A contemporary and minimalist design was conceived to enhance ergonomics and streamline circulation.
Carefully framed openings to natural light and surrounding spaces create a genuine dialogue between interior and exterior.
Noble materials, architectural rhythms, and harmonious lines transform this transitional space into an expressive and luminous environment.

To fully reveal the identity of the space, we collaborated with visual artist Solène Eloy.
Her creations, murals, gold leaf, and gilded glass, bring a sensitive and poetic dimension. They combine ancestral craftsmanship with a contemporary vision, providing a unique artistic layer to the project.
